“BAR JUNIPER Trinity” was opened in October 2019 in the downtown area of Osaka, Higashi-Tenma. The concept of the integration of these three industries, agriculture, manufacturing, and service, was named Trinity. The store’s theme is “herb factory” and “science laboratory”. There are about 200 kinds of gin, cocktails, whiskeys, etc., but we will make an original cocktail using homemade herbs and aroma water distilled in a distiller installed in the store. Aroma water is a natural fragrance with distilled ingredients in distilled water, and it can be said to be a “drinkable perfume” when used in a cocktail. Aroma water is included in cocktails, a rare bar in Japan.
3-minute walk south from Imperial Hotel Osaka where you can see cherry blossoms in spring. The nearest station is JR Sakuranomiya Station or JR Osaka Tenmangu Station. It is about 10 minutes by taxi from JR Osaka Station.
